This cover visualizes AI-guided 4D-printed microneedles inspired by Drosera capensis. Thermo-responsive shape memory polymers enable self-actuating wound closure, while adhesive DNA and Zn nanolayers promote sustained regeneration, antibacterial activity, and angiogenesis. By integrating biomimicry, machine learning, and dynamic biofabrication, this platform presents an intelligent strategy for accelerated diabetic wound healing. More details can be found in the Research Article by Hyun-Do Jung and co-workers (DOI: 10.1002/adma.202523665).
